New Thinking

What is New Thinking? Can one think new? Yes one can - you can!

We learn new things considering old stuff. Our experiences and our knowledge help us recognizing new information and making new experiences. But that means also, that our thought patterns prevents new solutions to be found if the solution is outside our perception. This leads to many questions: How should we develop new things using old patterns of thoughts ? Where is the leap across the border, if we do not see the border? How do we behave in a crisis and how can we learn from a crisis to make a success out of that? What is the reason and what can we do to change it?

It is about more transparency in thinking and getting an idea about the limiting and returning patterns we have in our head. On the other hand we definitely need these patterns, in order to exist into the world. Partly they are responsible for that what we call our personality and our reality.

But when new ideas come to you? May you ask, ideas come to me? But it is like this: You get new ideas not when your pattern are highly active, when you want to get new ideas. You get the real ones when you are relaxed, when you take things as they are. Or if you use the idea behind New Thinking, when you know about the chances and limitations of your patterns and when you allow your brain to take a look behind the line. The line you never know about before....

There are other advantages of New Thinking. You learn to distinguish between cause and effect. What is your role in life? What is your role inside your organisation? And what is a role of an organisation?

Our thoughts and our patterns are the major cause of all. On one hand we often try to solve symptoms instead of working on the impact. And that's because we do not know about the real impacts.
